Section 5 — Products
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and descriptions of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
CORE is a cosmetic product intended for external use on the skin. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and consult a dermatologist if irritation occurs. CORE is formulated as a dermatologist-developed, hormone-safe, cosmetically-compliant product; it is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about product benefits have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Order cancellation
Every customer has a 2-hour grace period after placing an order to cancel it. Once this period has passed, the order enters processing and can no longer be canceled — though our 60-Day Skin Promise covers you after delivery.
Taxes and import duties
Prices displayed on our U.S. store are in USD and exclude sales tax (added at checkout where applicable). Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Section 6 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
