Shipping & Returns Policy

Worldwide Shipping

Free worldwide shipping. We ship from fulfillment center to customers in the U.S., Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and most countries worldwide.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm CET ship the same day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance can add 2–5 days in some regions.

  • Standard under $60: additional costs depending on region (calculated at checkout)
  • Express options available at checkout for most countries

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via email within 1–2 business days of shipment. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If no updates for 7+ business days, email hello@fantony.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders to the U.S., UK, EU, and Australia are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import taxes and duties are included in the order total for most destinations. For other countries, additional customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. If you're charged duties at delivery, email us and we'll review case-by-case.

Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect address or non-collection can be reshipped once received, but reshipping costs may apply.

60-Day Skin Promise

We want you to love CORE. If you're not seeing visibly firmer, more hydrated skin within 60 days of first use, we'll refund you in full — no returns required, no questions asked.

How to claim: email hello@fantony.com with your order number and a short note. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there's a manufacturing defect, email hello@fantony.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it free of charge.
